Shadows are fun!

Today we made SHADOW ART its was a lot of fun, the outcome was even better then I can describe so take a look below at my magic tree I will also explain how we made each piece next to the pictures... enjoy :)

This Tree was first started by breaking off the scooping part of the spoon and using that as the base for the tree.  The trunk was made from the handle of the spoon and was taped to the "base" of the tree.  Then I used some amazing scissors that could cut pennies and even quarters to cut the wire and form it into ball and then I tore wax paper to make a more full shadow.

This is the final picture taken of our tables project.  We were recreating the post for the movie E.T.  I held ET and his bike, which dangled from a rod by two strings, and my other two partners used their hands to make a shadow that resembled ET's hand and the humans hand touching and making the red light. The red light was made by coloring on a sheet of clear plastic paper with a red pen and putting this paper in-front of the projector lens.

As always have a good day, and MaKe ArT!!!
